Hey there, I am Bregje
I'm a certified pediatric sleep and parent coach, based in the heart of Silicon Valley. With 25 years of experience as a pediatric physiotherapist in Ireland and The Netherlands, 8 years of experience in Early Intervention in the U.S., and a proud mom of one boy and two girls, I intimately understand the rollercoaster of parenthood.
The sleepless nights, the endless soothing attempts – I've been there. I get it.
It's this personal experience that fuels my passion to help parents like you navigate the often challenging path to peaceful nights.
At the core of my approach is a commitment to gentle and holistic sleep training. I believe that every child is unique, and there's no one-size-fits-all solution.

"Thank you so much. Your support was amazing. The plan worked so well. Our baby sleeps throughout the night. Even if she does wake up, I know she can get herself back to sleep"
- Jenny L | Mom of Maddy (7 months old)
My own journey...
Everything began with my own sleep trials and triumphs. I've walked that sleep-deprived path with you. The best advice I was. given before my first child was born was: "always put your baby to bed awake". As I didn't know any better, I followed this advice every night. My son was a dream—slept like a champ, no fuss, no drama, and he still does. I thought, "Yep, I've got this parenting thing down." Then came my second bundle of joy, and oh boy, did she throw me a curveball! Gone were the peaceful long evenings. Instead we had a baby who cried, fussed, and woke again and again. Even as she grew up, she was always on the go and hard to get to sleep.
Sleep became this elusive thing we chased like a treasure hunt, with nights filled with unexpected wake-ups and sleepless marathons. It was a game-changer, a real eye-opener to the diverse world of kids' sleep struggles.
That challenging experience fueled my passion to help parents like you navigate through the twists and turns of sleep parenthood. I've been in your tired shoes, and I'm here to share not just professional advice but the genuine understanding of the sleep rollercoaster.
We no longer have families living close-by to give us tips and support as we struggle. Instead we try to go it alone and spend many hours looking on the internet for answers.
Let me help you make sense of all the tips and tricks that are out there and help you find the ones that work for you and your family. Instead of constantly worrying whether you are doing the right thing, you get personal support throughout this journey so you can have the confidence in yourself and confidence in your child's ability to master this new skill.
Outside the world of sleep, I spend my time parenting, and on my art work. I also love to travel.

"It was the personal support that was the game changer. I knew I didn't have to worry whether I was doing the right thing, or if this was the best way to support my child. I had Bregje there to support me throughout, reminding me that I was making progress and that I was doing a great job and so was my baby."
- Mary C | Mom of Tom (15 months old)
