Parenthood is wild, but with a sprinkle of good sleep, it's a whole lot sweeter.
2-Week Sleep Coaching $750
What working together would look like:

Step 1: Discovery Call
I invite you for a 15 min. free Discovery call in which we'll discuss your concerns and challenges regarding your child's sleep patterns and explore if I can be of help to improve your situation.

Step 2: Sleep Analysis
If we move forward, I will ask you to fill out a detailed questionnaire, ensuring I have all the necessary details to provide the best possible support for your child's sleep journey.

Step 3: Custom Sleep Plan
Based on the information I gain from our call and the questionnaire, I provide you with a personalized sleep plan that is unique to your family, to help you build good sleep habits. We will discuss the plan in detail before we start the sleep coaching process.

Step 4: Real-Time Support
Once we have picked a start date, we will work closely together for two full weeks, tracking progress and adjust the plan where needed. We will be in contact via text message and use phone or video calls where necessary.
A 60-minute call to talk about any questions or issues you have with sleep and to give you advice on how to promote healthy sleep skills in your child.
This call is for those who have young babies and would like to get off to a good start or for those who already have some good sleeping habits and would like to troubleshoot a particular issue such as :
sleep regression
how to deal with illness
how to deal with teething,
upcoming travel
arrival of a sibling
dropping a nap
Children that are neurodivergent or have other diagnoses, often have different sleep needs than children who do not struggle with those difficulties. I have been certified in sleep coaching children with special needs.
Following an in-depth assessment of their needs and discussion with parents and other caregivers, we will come up with a personalized sleep plan, setting realistic goals that work for you and your child.
The time-frame might be different, as teaching healthy and independent sleep habits might take longer.
Contact me if your child has different needs, to discuss what working together would look like.

"At first we weren't sure we needed a sleep consultant, but it was so worth it. The personal support we received over the two weeks were invaluable. Bregje made sure we stuck to the plan we set out, she made us feel confident in ourselves and in our child, and our whole family is happier as a result.
